Add variety to your youngsters diet by using different combinations of veggies
in stir fries, Try bok choy with red cabbage and carrots or zucchini with green beans, or red
bell pepper. They might discover new veggies they might enjoy, Note: For children who
do not like their food “mixed up”, you could stir fry each veggie separately.
