Thank you Coaches very much to let us be apart of your Zoom PE Classes!

The students were awesome and participated in all the questions and discussions after our videos and presentations. We had 115 students in Zoom today. The students were grades K-2ND Graders. Some students were in the school Face to Face Instructions and others were on Zoom. Today we talked about E-Cigarettes, Vaping, and Julling. It has become more and more popular these days especially with the Pandemic the World is facing. The fact that each POD in a E-Cigarette = 20 regular Cigarettes is alarming. The ammonia and poison that is used in the pods are very dangerous and will cause Lung issues and possibly cancer. Please Educate yourself about the dangers of any kind of smoking! The students watched IConquer Videos as well and we discussed the Ante Tobacco and Chews Wisely Videos. Many students had their own stories of people they know that smoke. We also discussed the many dangerous chemicals that are in a cigarette and vapes.

Today’s Healthy Tip – Breakfast

Today’s Healthy Tip – Breakfast
HealthTips

Today’s easy health tip is all about breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Why? We need the morning fuel; because if we don’t eat breakfast our bodies are hungrier throughout the day therefore we will want more unhealthy snacks. Kids who eat breakfast are more focused throughout the day and have more energy too. This fuel allows them to be motivated to participate in activities which will help them be healthier overall!

An important part is what’s in our breakfast. Foods with good vitamins and minerals are great for breakfast such as eggs, toast, fruit and yogurt. You can also mix foods in a fun way!
