Add variety to your youngsters diet by using different combinations of veggies

in stir fries,  Try bok choy with red cabbage and carrots or zucchini with green beans, or red

bell pepper.  They might discover new veggies they might enjoy,  Note:  For children who

do not like their food “mixed up”, you could stir fry each veggie separately.


Washing your hands properly CDC

Washing hands with soap and water is the best way to get rid of germs. If soap and water are not available,

use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer [423 KB] that contains at least 60% alcohol. You can tell if the sanitizer contains

at least 60% alcohol by looking at the product label.
